GalaxC Trade Mobile Trading application is a user-friendly platform designed to provide seamless trading experiences for investors. It offers real-time access to stock markets, enabling users to buy and sell shares, track their portfolios, and monitor market trends efficiently. With its intuitive interface and advanced tools, the app allows for quick decision-making, ensuring that traders stay informed and agile in a fast-paced financial environment.
To open an account, visit www.centrumgalaxc.com, click 'Open an Account', enter your details, PAN, select a plan, add bank info, nominee, selfie, signature, and eSign with Aadhaar OTP.
Documents required: PAN card, Aadhaar card, signature on blank paper, bank statement (if online verification fails), and financial statement (for FnO activation).
You can open only one trading and demat account per PAN. However, you may open another in the name of a company, LLP, firm, or HUF with a different PAN.
To open a minor Demat account, visit the nearest Centrum Broking branch with valid ID/address proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.), bank proof, and financial documents.
Key points:
- Guardian Required: A parent/legal guardian must open and operate the account.
- No Trading Allowed: Minors can hold but not trade securities.
Convert at 18: On turning 18, the account must be converted for full access.

To install Centrum GalaxC Trade, search "GalaxC Trade" on Play Store or App Store and tap Install.
ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds) are investment funds that hold a basket of assets, like stocks, bonds and are traded on stock exchanges just like individual shares. They offer diversification, low cost, and liquidity for investors.
An option premium is the price you pay to buy an options contract. It’s the cost for holding the right (but not the obligation) to buy or sell the underlying asset at the strike price before expiry.
A lot size in Futures and Options refers to the fixed number of units of the underlying asset in one contract, as defined by the exchange. You can’t trade in single units, trades can be executed only in multiples of the lot size.
A Call Option gives the buyer the right (but not the obligation) to buy an underlying asset at a fixed strike price before the expiry date. Traders use it when they expect the stock or index price to rise.
A Put Option gives the buyer the right (but not the obligation) to sell an underlying asset at a fixed strike price before the expiry date. It’s typically used when expecting the stock price or index price to fall.
To transfer funds to your trading account, open the GalaxC Trade app > Main Menu > Add Funds, enter the amount, select your bank and payment mode UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or Netbanking), complete the payment, and funds will reflect instantly in your account.
Deposited funds reflect instantly in your trading account.
No, you cannot deposit funds from a third-party account. Funds must be transferred from a bank account registered in your name as per regulatory guidelines.
You can deposit funds to your trading account via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Netbanking, or registered bank transfers through the GalaxC Trade app or web platform.
No, you cannot use a debit or credit card to deposit funds into your trading account.
No, Cash payments are not allowed for funding your trading account.
The withdrawable amount is the portion of funds available in your trading account that you can transfer back to your bank account. It excludes any blocked margins, unsettled trades, or pending dues.
Fund withdrawal requests placed before 3 PM on a working day are credited the same day, requests after 3 PM are processed on the next working day.
To check available margin in your trading account, open the GalaxC Trade app, click on Main Menu, selects Funds, Available Margin.
After 3 incorrect password attempts, your account will be locked. To reset it, open the GalaxC Trade app, tap 'Forgot Password', enter your User ID, OTP, then set a new password.
T-OTP (Time-based One-Time Password) is a secure OTP generated by an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) that refreshes every 30 seconds. Unlike SMS OTPs, it doesn’t require a mobile network and is more secure against phishing or SIM-swap attacks. It's used for two-factor authentication (2FA) during logins in GalaxC Trading application.
To generate a T-OTP, download an Authenticator app, log in to www.web.centrumgalaxc.com, go to Settings, T-OTP QR Code, enter OTP, scan the QR code in the app, name it, and save.
T-OTP is a two-factor authentication alternative to OTP. If you select T-OTP while logging in, you don’t need to enter a regular OTP.
If you see a "Something went wrong, try again" error, check your internet connection. If it still persists, call us at 1800-123-313131 (Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM).
To create your own Watchlist in the GalaxC Trade app, go to Watchlist, select Manage Watchlist, click on Add Watchlist, enter the Watchlist name and click on create, then search and add the stocks or instruments you want to track.
To modify or cancel an order in the GalaxC Trade app, go to Orders, select the order you want to modify or cancel, then tap Modify for modification of an order or Cancel for cancelling an order.
To place an AMO in the GalaxC Trade app, select the stock or derivative, choose Buy/Sell, enter quantity and price, turn on the AMO option, and confirm the order.
To place a GTD (Good Till Date) order in the GalaxC Trade app, select the stock or instrument, choose Buy/Sell, enter quantity and price, select validity as GTD, set the Valid Till date, and confirm the order. The order stays active until it's executed or until the selected expiry date, with a maximum GTD validity of 45 days.
To enter a disclosed quantity in the GalaxC Trade app, while placing an order, enter your total order quantity, then specify the Disclosed Quantity under Disc Qty option (only the portion visible to the market) and confirm the order.
Yes, MTF (Margin Trading Facility) allows you to buy stocks using leverage, paying only a part of the transaction value while Centrum funds the rest charging interest on the borrowed amount.
Yes, a non-DDPI (Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction) customer can place a Buy order.
A non-DDPI customer cannot directly place a Sell order. To sell shares, they must either use the manual DIS slip (Delivery Instruction Slip), or through E-DIS using the TPIN (Transaction PIN) method via CDSL.
DDPI simplifies the process by allowing seamless selling without manual steps.
The e-DIS mandate is valid only for the same trading day (T day) and expires by the end of that day.
Yes, you can convert a Delivery order to Intraday or vice versa in the GalaxC Trade app. Just go to Portfolio, Positions, select the scrip, tap Convert Position, enter the quantity, and confirm.

An Equity SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) order lets you invest a fixed amount regularly in specific stocks, similar to mutual fund SIPs. It automates stock buying at set intervals (daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly), helping you build wealth gradually and average out market volatility.
The available frequencies for placing an Equity SIP orders through GalaxC Trade app are Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly, allowing you to automate investments as per your preferred schedule.

You can view your Order and Trade details by navigating to the Orders tab in the GalaxC Trade app. There, you’ll find all your Pending, Completed orders in one place.
An IOC (Immediate or Cancel) order is an order type where the system tries to execute the order immediately. Any quantity that can't be traded right away is automatically cancelled, no pending orders remain.
Yes, you can square off all open positions in one go using the GalaxC Trade app. Just tap any scrip under Positions—all contracts will auto-select. Choose ‘Exit at LTP’ or ‘Exit at Market’ to square off with a single click.
To place a Buy order in the GalaxC Trade app, search and select the stock, tap Buy, enter quantity, price, and order type, choose the product type (Intraday/Delivery), then review and confirm the order, tap on Buy to place an order.
To sell shares from your Holdings in the GalaxC Trade app Go to Portfolio - Holdings, select the stock you want to sell, tap Exit, enter quantity and price, choose product type, then review and confirm the order, tap on Sell to place an order.
To cancel a pending order in the GalaxC Trade app, Go to the Orders section, navigate to Open orders, tap on the order you wish to cancel, click on Cancel, select Yes to confirm the cancellation.
AMO orders can be placed between 4:30 PM and 4:00 AM and will be sent when the market opens.
A Limit Order lets you set a specific price to buy or sell a stock, your order executes only at a price entered or better. A Market Order executes immediately at the best available current price, without price control.
To place a Limit or Market order in the GalaxC Trade app, search and select the stock, tap Buy or Sell, Enter the quantity, Choose Order Type Limit to set your price or Market for current price, click on Buy or Sell to place the order.
No, shares bought under Intraday cannot be carried forward. They must be squared off the same day; otherwise, they’ll be auto-squared off by the system before market close. To hold shares overnight or longer, select the Delivery type while placing your order or convert the positions from Intraday to Delivery prior 3 pm.
The auto square-off timing for Intraday orders on the GalaxC Trade platform is typically around 3:15 PM on trading days, but it may vary slightly depending on the risk management policies and market volatility.
F&O or Futures & Options, are types of derivatives used for trading contracts based on the future price of an underlying asset like stocks or indices.
Futures: A contract to buy or sell an asset at a fixed price on a future date.
Options: Gives the right, but not the obligation, to buy (Call) or sell (Put) an asset at a set price before expiry.
To view the Options Chain in the GalaxC Trade app, Search and select the desired stock or index, Tap on Options Chain, You will see a list of available strike prices, along with Call and Put premiums, expiry dates, and other data.
A strike price is the fixed price at which you can buy or sell the underlying asset in an options contract, it's the key reference point used to determine an option's value and profitability.
Yes, you can add ETFs to your watchlist in the GalaxC Trade app just like any other stock, simply search for the ETF and tap the add button to add it to your watchlist.

Yes, when you buy stocks using the Margin Trading Facility (MTF), interest is charged on the borrowed amount. The interest rate and calculation method depend on your tarrif plan, terms and the duration for which you hold the position.
You can view stocks bought under MTF in the Portfolio - Positions section of the GalaxC Trade app or web platform. These stocks will typically be marked or categorized as purchased using MTF (Margin Trading Facility).
To sell shares bought under MTF in the GalaxC Trade app:
- Go to Portfolio - Positions
- Select the stock bought under MTF you want to sell
- Tap Exit, enter quantity and price
- Choose order type i.e. Limit, Market or SL
- Review and confirm the sell order
To create a basket of your stocks in the GalaxC Trade app:
- Go to Orders, tap on option Baskets
- Tap Add Basket, Enter Basket Name and click on Create
- Select the Created basket and tap on Add Scrips
- Enter the scrips you wish to add to the basket and tap on Add Buy
- Enter the Product type, Quantity, Price and Validity and click on Add
- Once the Basket is created, tap on Execute to place a One-Click basket order

An Invert action allows you to reverse the Order type of all stocks in the Basket on single click.

To update your mobile number or email, go to the GalaxC Trade app > tap Client Code > Profile > Edit Account > Contact Info > Modify. Enter new details, verify with OTP, and your request will be processed after necessary due diligence.
To view Demat BO id, go to the GalaxC Trade app > tap Client Code > Profile > Demat (BOID).

To convert physical shares into demat, follow these steps:
- Open a Demat account with a depository participant
- Fill the Dematerialization Request Form
- Submit DRF and original physical share certificates at the nearest Centrum branch or dispatch it at our corporate office, details provided on our website
- We will forward the documents to the registrar
- Post verification, the shares will be credited to your demat account
To activate MTF (Margin Trading Facility), go to your GalaxC Trade app, tap your Client Code, click on Edit Account, select Activate MTF, click on Submit and Proceed further, enter the OTP received and click on Submit, your request will be processed and MTF will be activated after necessary due diligence.
