An exceptional achiever, securing All India First Rank in both the CA and ICWA examinations, having an experience of three decades in capital markets including Equity Broking, Private Client Services, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management and Distribution
Former Head of Retail Broking and Wealth Management at HSBC Invest Direct Ltd, with over 10 years at the Kotak Mahindra Group, including a pivotal role in building and scaling Kotak Securities’ online and retail brokerage platforms.

Arindam Chanda

Whole Time Director & CBO - Retail Broking

Post Graduate in Management with 25+ years of experience across Financial Services, Capital Markets, and the FMCG sector, with a strong track record of driving business growth and expansion.
Ex-CEO at IIFL Securities where he has spend a decade overseeing Retail Broking, Distribution, and Private Client businesses. He also held a Senior leadership position at Kotak Securities heading multiple portfolios.

Mr. Subhash Gundappa Kutte

Independent Director

A career banker with over four decades of experience, Mr. Subhash Kutte spent 34 years at Ratnakar Bank (RBL Bank), serving in senior executive leadership roles including MD & CEO, and later as Non-Executive Chairman, before retiring in 2014.
Instrumental in navigating the Bank through critical transformations, including capital raising of ₹300 crore, he currently serves as an Advisor to Ghatge Patil Industries Limited and holds Board positions at Unity Small Finance Bank Limited and Synergy Green Industries Limited.

Sriram Venkatasubramanian

Non-Executive Director

An engineer from BITS Pilani and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore having 28 years of experience across Financial Services, Corporate Finance.
Over 17 years with the Centrum Group, leading brokerage, wealth, and lending initiatives, including key acquisitions, fundraises, and strategic transformations. His earlier roles include Country Manager at Aptuit Informatics and Vice President at the Esaar Group.
